This beautiful property had the entire roof stripped back to replace all the damaged or rotten timbres, it was then covered with traditional slate over a breathable membrane. The lead work has been replaced and specially made aluminium guttering made to tie in with the original cast iron guttering. The chimney and windows have been restored and a skylight fitted in the dark upstairs hallway. All electrical wiring upgraded, a new heating system, column radiators and fresh plaster work throughout. Fire places restored and handmade cornice to match the original detail. Leaded glass panels commissioned for the front entrance hall and the original tiled floor in the entrance hall was completely restored. A modern extension has been added to the rear fitted with bifold doors to bring in more natural light. Underfloor heating installed along with a handmade kitchen and white quartz worktops.
