A full renovation of this property meant sensitively restoring period features and upgrading for modern living.

This included new electrics, lighting and internet hardwired throughout. A re-configure of the kitchen and utility space and additional bespoke handmade kitchen and utility. Additional bathrooms upstairs. Bespoke cabinetry throughout the rooms for storage and clothing. New flooring and window upgrades in line with the ethos of the conservation area in which the home sits.

This client also required garden landscaping. Fruit trees and a vegetable garden were designed with designated seating areas.
